Our Investors Club sessions, which offer the opportunity for both education and networking, are tailored to the unique needs of Independent Owners who operate a smaller amount of rental housing - typically 1 to 100 units. However, anyone who owns/operates rental housing may attend, regardless of portfolio size.
The sessions are hosted on the second Tuesday of the month, September through May.
Each session’s schedule is as follows:
4:30 - 5:20 p.m. Pre-session networking with peers and visiting with Exhibiting Sponsors
5:20 - 5:30 p.m. Welcome, announcements, introductions
5:30 - 7:00 p.m. Educational presentation
7:00 - 7:30 p.m. Post-session networking with peers
